Roles and Responsibilities

• The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), plays a crucial role in addressing and resolving complaints related to sexual harassment in the campus
• Disseminate information about the policy to all employees and students
• Maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the complaint process to protect the privacy of the complainant and the respondent
• Document all complaints received, including details of the incident, individuals involved, and the steps taken during the investigation
• Implement interim measures to ensure the safety and well-being of the complainant and prevent any further harassment during the investigation
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of preventive measures and policies related to sexual harassment.
• Conducting an awareness campaign to promote a safe and respectful work environment.
